If you don't want to choose individual exercises, you can choose from dozens of specially designed exercise programs from professional trainers - e.g. Of course, you can choose the difficulty of the exercises according to your fitness level. After entering your health indexes, the mat calculates your current BMI (Body Mass Index) and recommends the best way to exercise and how to optimize your fitness. It also calculates the amount of calories burned during exercise based on this data - you know immediately exactly how many calories you have actually burned through exercise.
Sports and movement games
If you want to combine fun and exercise, you can choose from a plethora of athletics-focused games - 110m hurdles, high jump, javelin throw and much more. There's also jogging with individual choice of track length and appearance and precise calorie counting.

Dance game
TvFit is not only your personal trainer, but also the first dance mat for TV on the Czech market. Just select the dance game, number of players, favourite song and difficulty in the Menu and you can start dancing according to the arrows. Of course, there is a single-player option, but also a two-player option where you can compete against each other. A nice bonus is the possibility to choose the appearance of the dancer and the dancing environment.
